1 hour introductory bespoke Divorce Mindfulness & Wellbeing Session

– up to 12 people (includes workbook and meditation link)
This session will introduce your team to what mindfulness means and how it can be used effectively support your clients through separation and divorce.

2 hour Mindfulness for Divorce interactive workshop

I believe the divorce culture problems addressed in the Mindfulness in Divorce workshops are an important part of moving this life event successfully forward.

45 min Talk – ‘Change Your Mind, Change Your Divorce’

From my own and my many client’s experiences, this increasingly needs to happen. We all have a choice as to how we show up in life and this includes divorce.
