How Mindful Life Coaching Works?

Tosh has found through her extensive experience of over 15 years of practicing and teaching mindfulness to groups and individuals that life doesn’t always give us what we want, what we expect and when we want it to happen. The irony being the more we try to control an outcome the more the result inevitably evades us.

Mindful life coaching is all about getting you into the space, with tools and practices to help you find calm, clarity and confidence through life and to manage the difficult and challenging times.

Sometimes it is helpful to get fresh ‘eyes’ on what you are managing, figuring out or trying to make happen and that is how I support the clients I work with. The difference is the coaching is for you to become your own fresh ‘eyes’. For you to learn the skills on how do it in every area of your life, each day and with each problem you need to sort out, solve or focus on.

I do this by supporting you to 

  • begin building future foundations from the first session from a bespoke clear plan of action to implement each week or month
  • move forward with calm, clarity and confidence rather than overwhelm, tiredness and stress
  • feel safe in a confidential, non-judgemental and kind environment as you learn these important life skills
  • talk about how you are feeling, get good on how to manage emotions so you can respond rather than react to blocks or triggers

As part of the coaching journey, we look at what matters to you, what values you hold and how you can build a life around those areas, so that you can begin to look forward to a life that you’re really excited about whether it is a relationship, business, job or new exciting project!

Tosh has been an inspiration and guiding light, who in difficult times through my divorce has pushed me to look at alternative thought patterns and techniques to ease and support how I might approach these issues. I have learnt mindfulness tools and practices, support mechanisms and guidelines which have been transferable to other areas of life, not just my divorce. We all need to look deep within ourselves to discover our authentic self and Tosh has clearly unravelled the code to do this. 90min Coaching Session

A 90 min session on an area of your life that feels blocked or stuck, that you want to move forwards with – eg relationship, work, business, learn how to manage emotions, grow resilience and feel more empowered.

Together we’ll explore options, tools and strategies to help you move forwards.

At the end of the session, you will have a tailored plan of simple, clear and actionable steps to be able to move forward with less confusion, more confidence and self-kindness.

Investment £150 (90min Zoom session & emailed action plan)

6 month Coaching Programme

This package is for you if you are ready to transform from feeling stuck, frustrated and tired of going round in circles and you want to find some purpose in life.

I will guide and support you to:

  • Create a visionary and empowering personal goal plan for you to continue moving forward
  • Feel more emotionally, mentally and physically strong and in control by creating an accompanying bespoke powerful toolkit
  • Grow your confidence so you can make those all important decisions and feel good about them
  • Keep you focused – there will be accountability in here too 🙂
  • Work through blocks around money, relationships, business and confidence

This six month coaching programme includes:

  • 1 x initial 90 mins coaching session 
  • 5 x 1 hour coaching sessions with email summary and action plan for the month
  • Strategies, tools and practices to support the action plan
  • Daytime private messaging access (eg Voxer/Telegram/Whatsapp)
  • Access to online Calm Clarity Confidence courses and products (for coaching duration)
